Refund & Return Policy – 365-Day Wellness Promise

At Fernes Inc., we stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 365-Day Wellness Promise from the date of delivery.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 365 days of delivery. Eligible products returned to our warehouse and approved through inspection may qualify for a refund according to the guidelines below.


Free Returns

We offer free returns within 365 days.

Once your return is approved, Fernes Inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send your product back at no cost.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Experience Support Center at hello@fernes.com

  2. A Customer Experience Specialist will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Package the product in its original packaging and include the original packing slip (sent via email).

    • If the packing slip is unavailable, include a note with your full name, address, and order number.

  4. Use the prepaid return label provided by Fernes Inc. to ship the return to the designated warehouse.


Return Eligibility

Sealed, unopened products

  • Eligible for a full refund.

Opened or used products

  • One opened unit per product type or flavor qualifies for a full refund.

  • If multiple opened units of the same product or flavor are returned, only one unit will be eligible for a refund.


Return Authorization

All returns require Return Authorization from our support team.

Items returned without authorization, including refused deliveries, may not be eligible for refund as we cannot guarantee proper tracking back to our warehouse.


Shipping Delays

Returns due to shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) are generally not accepted.

Exceptions may apply if orders exceed the 30-day processing timeframe established by FTC guidelines without customer notification.

Replacement and Refund Policy

Any replacement or refund issued does not constitute an admission of liability by Fernes Inc.

We reserve the right to investigate potentially fraudulent or excessive claims and to approve or deny refund requests accordingly.
